                   A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING SETTLEMENT OF A 
                   SEWER CONSTRUCTION DAMAGE CLAIM WITH WILLIAM 
                   M. McCORKLE AND DARLA B. McCORKLE, RELATIVE 
                   TO CONTRACT NO. 72, HIXSON COLLECTION 
                   SYSTEM, TRACT NO. 169.1, FOR A TOTAL 
                   CONSIDERATION OF FIVE HUNDRED SEVENTY-FIVE 
                   AND NO/100 DOLLARS ($575.00).
                   
                   
                                                     
                   
                   
       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF 
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That there be and is hereby authorized 
       settlement of a sewer construction damage claim with William M. 
       McCorkle and Darla B. McCorkle, relative to Contract No. 72, 
       Hixson Collection System, Tract No. 169.1, for a total 
       consideration of $575.00.
